Netscape 8 is almost a reality. A beta, along with a re-design of Netscape.com, should be out February 17th. The new Netscape has the rendering engine of Firefox and Internet Explorer all in one browser. They are also working with security companies to get blacklists of sites that contain spyware, scams and other issues. With that information Netscape can warn it’s users before their computer becomes affected. Those are just two of the new features that are planed for the new Netscape 8.
