There are rumors that Ask Jeeves is going to offer a PPC program. Apparently it will look similar to AdWords and will function based on keyword bidding along with some measure of relevance. Bids are to start out at 5 cents.
I wonder if there will be any patent infringement issues? More info at OnlineMediaDaily and Search Engine Watch
