I'm still wishing I had something worthy of a press release to see if anyone would link to it. However, is this feature active for a minimal contribution or only higher levels?

We know this from our own application of press release optimization and news search marketing, but further validation based on research is provided in this article by Information Week: "<a href="http://www.informationweek.com/news/showArticle.jhtml?articleID=188701823&subSection=Breaking+News" rel="nofollow">Press Releases Are More Popular Than Reported News</a>"

I can't participate either. I sometimes consult for these guys, but even if I didn't I'd think it's a great idea. Blogs still have a way to go before they become the effective marketing tool they can be. This is a little window into the future. I say give it a try. Adqpt the concept to your own projects and see how it flies. It's an experiemtn, right?
