		<description>Arnie, as far as companies encouraging their employees to bookmark pages, I think it only make sense if this activity serves a functional purpose. For example, having people in the public relations department bookmark media coverage. Just having employees bookmark pages on the company web site does not serve any practical purpose unless it&#039;s content that is worthwhile. Doing so only as a linking tactic would be SMO spam.</description>
