		<description>Thank you so much for this post.  A long read, but tons of nuggets.  We&#039;ve got some work to do.  

First thing, I believe is we need to start blogging.  We have a page that we post updated comments, but it isn&#039;t an official blog.  

And not just blogging for traffic, but blogging to truly provide good information.  That has been our goal with the rest of the site.  

Yes, we need to make money, but if the content isn&#039;t useful, who will come back.

One question, we don&#039;t post our fees because we prefer to talk to people and make sure they understand what we do.  Do you think we should just bite the bullet and post the fees?  How could we test the effectiveness if we do post the fees?</description>
