I think Groundswell is good, it certainly highlights a trend that is just going to grow, expecially niche communities. Howver, I prefer authors that do their homework and research and give proper credit for case studies. The P&G BeingGirl.com example is now being touted all over the internet, yet the real brains behind is were from Susan Goodman, now principal owner of Goodman and Company.

Hey Eric, thanks for stopping by. I am looking forward to the Digital Impact event and talking about PR and SEO.

I'd be curious to hear what Josh has to say about how groundswell technologies will further empower PR professionals to do their job: monitoring and interacting with news sources.

Sorry I missed you at the expo. Was working for a client so I didn't ake it to any of the sessions, but I had a nice chat with Josh, and just started reading Groundswell, and I'm totally enthralled. Looking ofrward to his keynote at the Digital Impact in NYC in June. I'm interviewing him for my podcast on Monday. An specific questions you'd like me to ask him?
