I think email is the most cost effective way to reach people. I am not just saying this becuase our company offers this service but I see and deal with all sorts of customers looking for traffic and email is the most cost effective way to get it and has the fastest turn artound time. I agree with a recession looming companies are looking more and more at how to get the most from their budget. I suspect we will see a huge rise in the direct marketing especially in the email sector which if done properly is a very effective yet cheap way to get attention. Glad you enjoyed the conference.
