Good one Ashley, I think good quality of PPC could be achieved when all things said by Ron has been taken care. Yes there is no use in doing a PPC without a good quality score. When One works with all these things perfectly I can assure that he can achieve the good quality score easily.

I think one thing they failed to mention is that if smaller campaigns (few KWs) with relatively low quality scores and increasing CPCs starts to become a burden, the best thing might be to start from fresh with the keywords, original bids, budget, and few batch of ads. Usually the default starting point can get you on the road to higher quality score much quicker than reviving a poorly performing campaign or ad group.
