I’m mulling over adding a blog to my new website – at least this has shown me the way forward if I do. The nagging problem is always that quality posts can take a lot of time – more time than a lot of people have and they get stuck in a vicious circle of being impatient and not caring enough about making quality posts if no one is reading at first.

I really find this post interesting. Having an RSS feed installed on a website can really benefit your SEO, if you use it correctly. Keeping your blog up to date and with relevant information and posting new posts on a regular basis shows the search engines that you keep your site updated and they will cache it more frequently.

Micheal Gray said, there isn’t a number of posts you need to make per day, week or month but you should at least make one quality post. But I was wondering how often should you make a good quality post, surly there has got to be a time frame of how often you should make a quality post?.
