So inclusion for many started with being familiar or friends. But as far as what you're looking for, it's being connected online and practicing what they preach. You'll notice many "walk the talk" references in the bios I wrote. Writing books, blogging and other social participation is part of that. Seeing client work (internal or external) is another piece that I considered. There are more than enough people giving advice but not so many getting paid by clients to do so, let alone doing work that advances business goals. Hope that helps!
