Each person that picks up a book has a different experience when they consume the information. Our team at TopRank Marketing is filled with individuals that thirst for knowledge. That is why we are so happy to announce the launch of the TopRank Marketing Book Club.

Not only is this a great opportunity for our team to consume information, bond and discuss our views on the material, but we would like to invite you to participate as well. Want to learn what it is all about?

How TopRank Marketing Book Club Works

The first rule of book club: we want everyone to talk about book club. This club wasn’t just created for our internal team; our goal is to have it made up of other people around the globe with similar interests that want to join our discussion.

#1 – Joining Book Club

Becoming a part of our newly formed book club is incredibly simple. All you have to do is fill out some basic information including name and email. That way, we can keep you up to date on any pertinent details.

#2 – Book Selection

We will keep a running list of the books suggested and each month we will select a new book based on which one receives the highest number of votes. We are looking for books that are related to digital marketing and professional development so that we can all apply the information we learn in our day-to-day lives. Is there a book that you’re dying to read or have read and want the rest of us to experience?

#3 – Book Frequency

Our goal is to read one book per month. However, if we find that some books take a little longer than others or that everyone needs a bit more time, we will be flexible. If there are any changes we will be sure to alert everyone that has joined.

#4 – Participating in the Discussion

Now, for the most exciting part of book club. After we read each book, we would like to open up a live discussion to all members of the group. The discussion may be done via Periscope, Blab or Google Hangouts, the exact format and tool is still to be determined. Everyone who has joined the book club will receive an invite with the date, time and all other pertinent details.

November’s Book Selection

In this book, Bernadette explores the difference between companies that succeed and those that fail. She spent years speaking with innovators, entrepreneurs and business leaders to uncover the stories that have spawned some of the greatest successes (and failures) of our time.
