  • Analyze data provided by SEO/SEM Analysts and make client marketing recommendations
  • Motivate and lead others in the development, direction and execution of online marketing programs
  • Respond well to ongoing client and team feedback
In-depth knowledge and/or understanding of:
  • Online marketing best practices: Search Marketing (SEO & PPC), Social Media Fundamentals
  • Website design, usability and analytics best practices
  • A collaborative agency environment
  • How to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Superior problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to: Assess, Evaluate, Draw Conclusions and Make Sound Decisions.
A focus on quality and management with excellent Organizational and Analytical Skills, Written and Oral Communication Abilities, Proof-Reading and Attention to Detail.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of internet marketing  and account/client/project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft® Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience working with web analytics software, such as Google Analytics, Omniture or WebTrends
  • Experience working with SEO and PPC tools/platforms for keyword research, site analysis, project management, paid search ad programs
  • Familiarity with web development tools such as Dreamweaver and major content management systems
  • Experience working with designers, copy writers and web development staff to develop, maintain and market websites
